Exchanges for Defective Items Only
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at Eishes.Chayil.Tichels1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos. We respond to all exchange requests within 24-48 hours.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct item at no charge to you.
Exchange Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- We do not offer refunds - exchanges only
- Transaction fees apply to all returns
- Sale items and items purchased with promo codes are FINAL SALE
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using USPS with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Processing & Inspection
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days and notify you via email of approval or rejection. If approved, please allow 24 hours for processing before your exchange item ships.
Exchange Availability
If your exchange item is out of stock, we'll offer you store credit or help you select an alternative item.
Gift Exchanges
Items marked as gifts will receive a gift credit for the exchange value.
